Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please note the following terms:
Once an order has been placed, it is processed automatically through our system and sent to our warehouse/fulfilment team as quickly as possible. Because of this automated process, we may not be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If the order has already been processed, picked, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier, cancellation and/or return fees will apply.
Transaction Fees:
When cancelling an order, transaction fees will be deducted from your refund. These fees cover the charges we incur from the payment processors:
- Debit/Credit Card Payments: 2% + £0.20
- PayPal Payments: 3% + £0.30
- Klarna Payments: 5.99% + £0.30
- Clearpay Payments: 7.2% + £0.30
Order Dispatched:
If the product has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, please refuse the delivery when it arrives. However, original delivery costs will not be refunded if the product has been dispatched
Return Fees:
All returns are subject to a 10% return fee at a minimum of £20.
This fee contributes towards the costs associated with return shipping.
Shipping Discounts:
Our shipping prices are calculated online and reflect the actual costs of delivery. If you received a discount on shipping (due to a promotion or discount code), this discount will be excluded from the cancellation charges. Please note that, in these cases, we have absorbed a portion of the shipping cost and are already taking a loss to facilitate your purchase.
We advise you to check the order status to see if your product has been dispatched. If it has, the above fees and conditions will apply.
