* Please order before the 18th December for us to guarantee it in time for Christmas is on the 18th December.
All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, Evri, ParcelForce, DHL or Fedex. This entirely depends on what item you order and the most suitable time frame. Our cut off time is at 1pm UK time.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Below, you will find three different shipping options: Express, Next Day, and Standard. Each option has a corresponding price and estimated transit time. Please refer to the tables to find the applicable rate for your order's weight range.

Please note that some products, such as adjustable dumbbells, may have irregular sizing and do not fit within the weight ranges listed in the tables above. For these items, the shipping price will be calculated at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@gymsets.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We offer a 90 day return and refund option on all products return policy page.
We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@gymsets.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
