What to Do If You Are Missing Items from Your Order
If you have ordered multiple items especially from our Gym Equipment Collection, they will arrive in separate boxes due to their weight and size. So not to worry, your parcels may arrive in different boxes over multiple days.

Where is the rest of my order?
Due to the weight of the items, we are required to split the shipments across different shipping providers, meaning that your order may not all arrive at once or by the same courier. Whilst we try to coordinate deliveries on the same day, this isn't always possible. You can use the track function to monitor the progress of the items in your order. Track Here
Why does it say my order is complete?
Please don't worry if you have received an email saying your order is complete but you still have items outstanding. Some of our couriers link to our website better than others, allowing them to automatically update the tracking which may then incorrectly mark your order as complete. Don't worry as the rest of your order is still on the way!

Do you offer discounted products?
Occasionally we are able to offer products at discounted rates, for example if the item has been returned to us or the warehouse have discovered cosmetic damage to an item prior to sending it out.
