This means the full order may not arrive at the same time or with the same courier.

Some couriers automatically update our system when one part of a shipment has been delivered.

Your remaining parcels may still be on their way even if the order status has updated.

Heavy or oversized equipment often needs to be split into multiple parcels and may be handled by different delivery providers.
