Thank you for placing a pre-order with us! We're excited to get your item to you as soon as it becomes available. To help set expectations, please take a moment to read through our pre-order terms below.

What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it arrives from our manufacturer. It gives you the opportunity to secure the item in advance - often at a discounted price - with the understanding that it will be dispatched at a later date once it has arrived at our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The estimated dispatch and delivery dates provided on our product pages are approximate and not guaranteed. We base these estimates on the latest information from our manufacturers and logistics partners.

While we do our best to meet these timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping disruptions or production delays. Should this happen, we will notify you via email with an updated timeframe as soon as possible.

Delays & Compensation

While delays are rare, please be aware that dispatch dates may occasionally shift due to unforeseen events. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll get in touch promptly via email to keep you informed.

We understand that delays can be frustrating and genuinely appreciate your patience. However, as a small business, we are unfortunately unable to offer compensation or partial refunds due to delays.

That said, if at any point you would prefer not to wait, you are welcome to cancel your pre-order and receive a refund. Simply contact us at contact@gymsets.co.uk with your order number and we’ll get that sorted for you.

Cancelling Your Pre-Order

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched.

Please note:

  • Cancellations made before dispatch are subject to a small cancellation fee to cover non-refundable transaction charges incurred at the time of ordering. For full details, please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
  • Once your item has been dispatched, our standard Returns Policy will apply.

  • If your order is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the original estimated dispatch or delivery date, and you choose to cancel as a result, the cancellation fee will be waived.

  • All delays or changes to your pre-order will be communicated to you via email.

Payment Information

Payment is taken in full at the time your pre-order is placed. This secures your item in our incoming stock allocation. If you need to amend or cancel your order for any reason, please email contact@gymsets.co.uk and our team will be happy to assist you.

Keeping You Informed

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, including:

  • Confirmation of your pre-order,
  • Updates to estimated dispatch dates (if applicable),
  • Notification when your item has been dispatched,
  • Tracking and courier information for delivery.
