Thank you for purchasing from GymSets. We stand by the quality of our gym equipment and offer a 2-year limited warranty on all our products. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of our warranty coverage to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturer defects and faults in materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective under normal use and maintenance, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the defective part(s).
  • Replace the item if repair is not possible.
  • Offer store credit if neither repair nor replacement is feasible.

2. What’s NOT Covered?

To protect against misuse and unreasonable claims, the following conditions are NOT covered under this warranty:

  • Damage from improper use – Includes exceeding weight limits, using the equipment for unintended purposes, or improper assembly not following instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear – Rust, fading, scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damages that do not affect functionality.
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs – Any modifications, tampering, or repairs by unauthorised third parties will void the warranty.
  • Improper storage or environmental damage – Corrosion, mold, or damage due to moisture, excessive heat, or chemical exposure.
  • Accidental or intentional damage – Includes dropping, hitting, or improper transportation.
  • Lack of maintenance – Failure to maintain the equipment as per our guidelines (e.g., lubricating moving parts) will void the warranty.
  • Commercial use (unless specified otherwise) – If equipment is used in a commercial setting without being designated for such use.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, customers must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Submit the Warranty Form

  • Customers must fill in a Warranty Claim Form before contacting us.

Step 2: Provide Required Documentation

Customers must submit:

  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos showing the defect or damage (if possible).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Additional details on how the damage occurred may be required.

Step 3: Inspection & Approval

  • Our team will review the claim within 5-7 business days.
  • We may request further inspection before approving a claim.
  • If the claim is approved, we will proceed with repair, replacement, or store credit.
  • If the claim is denied (e.g., due to improper use), the customer will receive a detailed explanation.

Step 4: Shipping & Handling

  • Customers must cover shipping costs for returning the product for warranty evaluation unless otherwise stated.
  • If the product is deemed defective, we may reimburse reasonable shipping costs at our discretion.

4. Limitations of Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
    • Personal injuries.
    • Property damage.
    • Business losses due to product downtime.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
