Noticeable cosmetic wear including heavier scratches, scuffs and visible marks. The imperfections are easy to see, but the equipment remains fully functional.
Significant cosmetic damage such as deep scratches, dents, cracks, discolouration or worn surfaces. Despite the appearance, the item remains fully functional.
Warehouse Return items are not eligible for a refund. Instead, the available resolutions are a replacement, a repair, or store credit, in accordance with our policy.
