GymSets Adjustable Dumbbell & Barbell Set

The GymSets Adjustable Dumbbell & Barbell Set is a compact 2-in-1 strength training system that can be used as two separate dumbbells or connected together to create a full barbell.

Simply load the required plates onto the two dumbbell handles for curls, presses, rows and lunges, or use the included bar joiner to create a longer bar for squats, presses and other compound movements.

Available in 20kg, 30kg and 40kg sets, the adjustable plate system allows resistance to be increased or reduced as your training progresses.

Spinlock collars and textured handles help keep the plates securely positioned while providing a comfortable, controlled grip throughout your workout.

With floor-friendly coated plates and a compact modular design, the set is particularly suited to home gyms, bedrooms and smaller training spaces where storage space matters.
