Delivery & Product Liability
Gymsets works with third-party delivery providers and supplies products subject to normal manufacturing, delivery and warranty processes.
Indemnification Statement
The following terms explain our position regarding delivery delays, manufacturing issues, shipping damage and warranty replacements.
Third-Party Couriers
Gymsets uses third party couriers to deliver its goods. Shipping times are estimates based on their typical delivery schedules.
We can accept no liability for delays in delivery caused by these third party couriers that may occur on rare occasion.
Allow Sufficient Time
Gymsets goods are provided on the assumption that you order with sufficient time to receive, store, and assemble them at your own timetable even with typical small delivery delays.
We cannot indemnify against losses caused by such delays, especially in cases where you have ordered on a ‘just-in-time’ basis.
Manufacturing & Shipping Issues
Gymsets aims to provide quality, affordable products. Due to the nature of industrial manufacture, such goods may occasionally have minor manufacturing defects, missing parts, etc.
Similarly items may be damaged in shipping then to you. We will always put such matters right in a reasonable time frame.
We do not indemnify against losses from time spent in putting items right.
Warranty Replacements
Gymsets equipment is intended for general use and supplied under a general limited warranty.
We cannot indemnify ongoing business losses stemming for the failure of our equipment while it is being replaced under warranty.
