GymSets Commercial Hex Dumbbells are fixed-weight rubber hex dumbbells built for home gyms, personal training studios and commercial gym environments. Each dumbbell uses a solid steel inner core, virgin natural rubber coating and a commercial-grade friction-welded steel handle.
With more than 8,000 tonnes of GymSets hex dumbbells sold across the UK, our dumbbells have been supplied for use across home gyms, commercial facilities and public-sector environments, including Kent Police facilities and St Margaret's Hospital.
Unlike traditional cast-iron dumbbells, the solid steel construction allows the steel handle to be friction welded directly to the steel head. This creates an exceptionally strong and rigid head-to-handle connection without relying on bolts, threaded fittings or pins that can loosen through repeated use.
The virgin natural rubber heads help absorb impact, reduce noise and protect gym flooring, while the hexagonal shape helps prevent the dumbbells from rolling when placed on the floor.
