Just received and put together this bench, and for the price its very ggood. Seems very sturdy and easy to adjust. The only problem the instructions are pants. But even without them it's easy to figure where all the bolts go. Very fast delivery and very well packed

I mulled over whether a bench at this price point would be too flimsy but if anyone is wrestling with the same question, do not worry at all, as this is such a well engineered piece of kit, which takes my 115kg frame and 25kg dumbbells (+50 kg) in its stride. Unless you make a body wobble to make it wobble, in normal planted use, it’s rock solid and gives you total piece of mind, even when I got my bar with 100kg to do some pressing. Well done Gym Sets - stonking piece of kit.
