GymSets Olympic EZ Curl Bar

The GymSets Olympic EZ Curl Bar is a 4ft, 10kg Olympic bar designed to provide a more natural hand position for curls, extensions, rows and other upper-body exercises.

Its angled EZ-style grip reduces the amount of wrist rotation required compared with a straight bar, creating a more comfortable position for bicep and tricep-focused training.

Built from solid steel with knurled grip sections, the bar provides a secure hold throughout both lighter accessory work and heavier strength-focused sets.

The sleeves are designed for standard 2" Olympic weight plates, making the bar compatible with a wide range of GymSets plate options and allowing resistance to be increased progressively.

Available in a choice of Black or Silver, the bar can be purchased on its own or paired with one of the available Olympic weight plate packages for a complete arm-training setup.
