Resistance Bands Sets

The band arrived to replace another that we had from a different brand. I can honestly say this is better than the last one. Recommend the product and service from Gym Sets. However, we only received the delivery yesterday even though we were updated 5 days ago that it had been sent. We even got an update from EVRI a few days ago that it would be delivered the following day! It wasn’t. We always seem to get issues with delivery from EVRI and kind of expect it sadly.
Gym Sets was a positive experience. EVRI is their usual poor standard. A name change from Hermes isn’t all that is needed to improve the service

Good quality for great price

I really like the difference resistances in each of the bands and the quality is really good as well. But the lowest resistance band is really thin compared to the rest.

I am very happy with the quality of this reactance band set. I like that is comes with four different sizes so both my wife and I can use them for our workouts. We have been through lots of thin resistance bands that wear out too quickly and eventually snap. These bands are thick and durable, they are actually similar to the resistance bands I used as a college athlete in our weight room.I like that the rubber is soft and doesn’t have a strong smell. They come with a little bag, which will be nice for on the go workouts. Our main use is as a pull up assist, they are a huge help, and the quality is great so I can focus on my workout and not think about them snapping. I also like to use them for stretching, they are great for tight hamstrings. We haven’t used them for strength training yet, but will be our go to workout while traveling. Overall we are very happy with this product. Great quality, can be used for a variety of workouts/ stretches, good for any fitness level.

My girlfriend works out a lot but can’t do any pull-ups, and it was bumming her out. We have a home gym and don’t have a machine that can help you. These bands came to the rescue. Perfect for quarantine. We are both using them, and it’s fantastic that it comes with several resistances because she needs more assistance than me to do a pull-up.They are fun to use as well, which is always a plus when working out. My girlfriend has been using them in the morning as part of her morning routine to get her blood flowing without committing to a full workout. She’s super excited for the day she will be able to do one without using these bands.
