As a 40-year-old man with cerebral palsy, I decided to turn my spare room into a small home gym after losing motivation to commute to a crowded gym. These adjustable dumbbells have genuinely reignited my training routine. I went for the 28kg version knowing I’d never need more than that anytime soon — and I couldn’t be happier.
The design is excellent: the grip circumference isn’t too large, which makes it easy for my weaker hand affected by cerebral palsy to hold securely. The adjustable weight mechanism is smooth, quick, and intuitive — I can change weights instantly without leaving the bench. It’s not just a massive space saver; it’s made my workouts far more efficient and enjoyable.
For anyone who struggles with accessibility, limited space, or just wants to keep strength training simple and effective — these dumbbells are absolutely worth it.
I ordered the 40kg Dumbbells with 2.5kg increments but I received 45kg Dumbbells that go up in 5kg dumbbells.
After a quick email to support Leas was really helpful and immediately dispatched the correct dumbbells.
The dumbbells are really great for space saving, quick to change the weight. The stands feels a bit flimsy for the weight of the dumbbells but had no problems so far as long as you’re careful putting them back.
Overall though I’m really happy with the quality of the dumbbells and the bench is really good too especially the way it folds down to basically nothing.
Pictured is the 45kg ones that go up in 5kg increments.
