I ordered a home ice bath. The delivery was quick and the delivery communication was good, that’s where the positives end. I opened the box and a repair path fell out, didn’t think anything of it. I set the ice bath up and noticed some dry glue covering a couple of small holes in the rim. I emailed the company and they sent me another. I opened the box of the second one, set it up and again it had a couple of holes with glue on it. I emailed the company once again and they just refunded me without any explanation. They claim all of their products are new but clearly not. They also advertise on the website that the ice bath comes with a thermo lid… neither came with a thermo lid. The cushion provided to sit on is impossible to blow up as the hole to blow it up is far too big. In conclusion… it’s a cheap and flimsy product which comes with faults and should be avoided!

I recently started using this ice bath and it's fantastic. The build quality is impressive - sturdy enough to get in and out of without any spillages. It's quickly become my go-to for a morning wake-up. Really refreshing and a great way to start the day. Definitely a good buy, well recommended!

Firstly, mostly important, I am already seeing/feeling improvements in my mental health. It has exceeded my expectations and I’ve only had it 5 days!

Amazing product. Would highly recommend to anyone. Easy to assemble, good quality and really good value for money.

Overall, so happy with my purchase and for anyone considering it, just do it! Money well spent.

Nothing better than a sauna followed by cold immersion, easy to set up, big enough, only issue is that it is too heavy when full to keep it in my flat.

Well made tub and great customer service

Had a good look round a number of these and liked this one because it's bigger so you can get all your shoulders under and also it's British made. I put the tub together in about 4 minutes and once filled with water it's very sturdy. Had a query and customer service got back to me within hours and sent out a free accessory to help with my query so really can't fault it. It packs away well too if needed (though I keep mine up all year!).
