GymSets Extreme Protection Premium Blue Light Glasses

Had these for about a week and I love them. I slept just fine before them and I sleep even better now. I normally wake a few times at night but not so much with these. I work on a computer and phone a lot so these are very useful.

Really good quality product which arrived well within promise. The first night i wore glasses around 1hr before bed but was ready to drop off to sleep within about 30 mins, have since used 30 mins before bed when watching TV and reading and timing is about right. I personally have found it quicker to fall asleep

Very good. I spent a lot of time staring at computer monitor and my eyes get strained badly. Last year bought almost cheapest glasses with protective tint from boots and paid £160. Wearing these new glasses now for few days and i can say THANK YOU. VERY BIG DIFFERENCE! Tint is stronger then boots ones but probably thats what protects eyes. I have regular size and it fits perfectly.

I haven't tried for that long, but after 5 days I must say, if I don't wear them 1 hour before going to bed, I would find myself twisting and turning in bed before I fall asleep. My wife will tell me if they work, as she is the one with migraines and headaches. If she gets better, you guys will be my eternal heroes!
For the time being, happy with the purchase.

Been wearing these for a couple of weeks or more.
After years of artificial blue light exposure from PCs,
it's too soon to say if I'm getting long-lasting benefits.
But I think my eyes and body are feeling less tired.
