Just what I was looking for

I had been looking to purchase a weighted vest as an addition to my training regime. A lot that I had previously viewed always seemed to have a couple of negative issues, but not this one.

A very speedy delivery, and excellent customer service, saw my very well packaged vest arriving in no time at all.

The vest seems robust and the fastenings makes it secure. I went with the 10kg one. The individual weights are slotted into pockets on the inside of the vest. They do not move around, even when jumping.

I feel this vest will get much use. There's no restrictions and a full range of motion in the shoulders is possible.

If you're looking for a vest to add some weight to your walking, running, or bodyweight exercises then I can highly recommend this one.

A complete revelation... People into walking for fitness should consider.

I had already lost a lot of weight before buying this. I purchased this to improve core strength and leg strength. Purchase was after much research. This one came up best. My usual walks just weren't feeling hard enough after weight loss. No matter how much I upped pace and distance. I purchased the 20kg vest as offers more flexibility in weight variance and load balancing. I'm shocked at how my strength has improved. I walk 5-6 miles 4-5 times a week carrying 15kg. I definitely get more out of walking now! Aim to get to 20 kgs eventually. The vest is very comfortable and fits perfectly. The more I use it, the more comfortable it feels. It has significantly improved my running (without the vest). Core strength has also improved. Just feel stronger. Build quality is fantastic. Velcro is strong.
