we had some issues getting all 3 boxes delivered. was mainly UPS fault. Sam from customer service went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers, this guy deserves a raise. the product was not easy to install. however we are very satisfied we the final product. seems solid, and most importantly very safe. now I dont have to worry about going to failure when I'm doing my bench press. the lock mechanism is on point. I highly recommend this product!
