Each attachment is manufactured from extra-thick steel plates and finished with a soft-touch, non-slip rubber coating for a confident hold—set after set. Stainless-steel centre inserts protect the connection point from hook wear and extend service life in commercial settings. Switch instantly between neutral, supinated (palms up), or pronated (palms down) hand positions to emphasise different back angles and arm lines while reducing wrist and forearm strain.
Compatible with standard carabiners (e.g., GymSets Signature Alloy or GymSets Steel Carabiner Clips). Optional GymSets wall hanger available separately.
What each grip is best for
- Close/Neutral grips: Emphasise mid-back & biceps while heavily involving lats, core, and upper back.
- Medium grips (inside/outside): Balance work across latissimus dorsi and rhomboids with assistance from biceps/forearms.
- Wide grip: Prioritises lat engagement and isolation compared to standard pulldown bars.
