The GymSets Bike Erg is an air-resistance indoor exercise bike designed for HIIT, endurance training, conditioning and performance cycling. Its flywheel resistance increases with your effort, while the adjustable damper lets you fine-tune the feel from lighter, faster cadence work to heavier, more demanding efforts.

Air Flywheel Resistance Resistance increases naturally as you pedal harder for smooth, scalable training.
Adjustable Damper Fine-tune airflow and cycling feel, similar to changing between lighter and heavier gears.
Clutch Coasting The flywheel can continue spinning when you stop pedalling for more natural transitions.
Quiet Belt Drive Chain-free self-tensioning belt system provides smooth, quiet and low-maintenance operation.

Natural Cycling Feel

The combination of air resistance, adjustable damper control and clutch coasting gives the Bike Erg a more natural cycling feel than a basic fixed-resistance exercise bike. It is well suited to sprint intervals, steady-state cardio and longer endurance sessions.

Fully Adjustable Riding Position

Seat height, fore/aft position and angle can be adjusted to suit different riders, while the handlebars can be moved up, down, forwards and backwards. The seat height range is approximately 79cm–103cm.

Strong, Quiet & Easy to Move

A welded aluminium frame, steel feet and black powder-coated finish provide a solid training platform. The bike weighs 43.5kg and includes front caster wheels for easier repositioning around your gym or training space.
