How to Use

1. Adjust the footplate so your chest sits firmly on the pad with a neutral spine.
2. Select a handle position (wide for upper-back, neutral/vertical for lats emphasis).
3. Load plates evenly on the 50mm sleeve and secure with collars.
4. Row with a controlled tempo, keeping the chest in contact with the pad throughout.
