The GymSets Essential Adjustable Weight Vest adds progressive resistance to bodyweight and conditioning workouts, with 10kg, 20kg and 30kg options available.

Each vest uses removable 1kg cast-iron weight blocks, allowing you to increase or reduce the load depending on your training session and experience level.

Constructed from high-strength 1000D polyester with secure hook-and-loop fastening, the vest is designed to sit firmly against the body during strength, calisthenics and high-intensity training.

Adjustable straps help create a secure unisex fit, while the painted cast-iron weights provide a durable, corrosion-resistant loading system for repeated use.

Ideal for weighted walks, squats, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, step-ups and conditioning circuits where additional resistance is required.
