Natural Water Resistance

GymSets Water Rowing Machine

The GymSets Water Rowing Machine combines natural water resistance with a solid oak frame to deliver smooth, full-body cardio and strength training from home.

The water resistance system responds naturally to your effort: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance, creating a fluid rowing motion suited to steady endurance sessions, intervals and higher-intensity workouts.

Rowing works the legs, core, back and arms together while remaining low impact, making it an efficient option for cardiovascular fitness, conditioning and full-body training.

A long sliding rail, supportive seat, secure foot platforms and ergonomic rowing handle help create a comfortable and controlled rowing position throughout each stroke.

When training is finished, the rower can be stored vertically to reduce the amount of floor space required, making it particularly suited to home gyms and multi-use training spaces.
