Each plate except the 1.25kg and 2.5kg are 450mm in diameter, meeting the IWF standard. They each utilise a stainless-steel insert, unique to our bumpers, and fit standard 50mm diameter bar sleeves.

Great way to combat gravity!

These rubber plates are perfect to aid training against gravity. Simply slide these onto your standard anti-gravity devices (barbell, trap around, landmine, ect.) and train! They are in fact made of rubber and have weight. If you like the smell of car tires then boy do I have good news for you! Upon opening the boxes (each packaged individually) the sweet sweet aroma of a F1 pit engulfs the surrounding area. Good product for the price.
