Return Policy

**Stair Master Return Policy – Terms & Conditions**

If you wish to return a Stair Master purchased from our company, you must notify us in writing within the applicable return period.

Please note that all approved returns are subject to a **collection and handling fee of £380**. This fee covers the cost incurred by our company to arrange the collection and transportation of the Stair Master from your premises back to our facility.

The £380 collection fee will apply regardless of the reason for the return, unless the return is due to a fault covered under your statutory rights or an agreed warranty.

The Stair Master must be returned in good condition, complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging (where possible). Any damage beyond reasonable use may result in additional charges or a reduction in any refund due.

Any refund will be processed after the Stair Master has been inspected and the £380 collection fee, along with any other applicable charges, has been deducted.
