How to Use

1. Set tower bars and springs for the chosen Cadillac exercise; verify covered springs and straps are secured.
2. For Reformer work, adjust headrest (3 positions) and foot bar (4 positions) for client height.
3. Select spring resistance (light/medium/strong) appropriate to movement and control.
4. Use quick-release pulley bars to change height between sequences; remove towers as needed for outside-the-unit work.

Care & Maintenance

• Wipe leather and touch points after each session; allow to air-dry.
• Inspect springs, clips, and quick-release points regularly; replace worn components promptly.
• Check tower/fastening hardware periodically; tighten per studio maintenance schedule.
